Hay ,
I wanna buy 17 inch rims for my Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (Germany), with offset 00.
Can someone give me a direction where to search.

| Can you tell me the year of production and your favourite width of the rim in Inches? I suppose all the Prados have a PCD 6 x 139,7mm. Should be the same as HDJ80. May be I can help you with EvoCorse wheels. |

Thnx for the answer. Its a 2021yr model. I would like to change my 19 inch rims for 17 inch , with 265-70 tires. In Germany its very hard to found ( approved/with ceritificate )steel rims.
The size of the tires , that I wanna use is also not allowed. I dont get it, there are hundred of thousands Prados in Australia with that size legaly, but but in bloody Germany , where you can count the Prados on the finger,
its not allowed. | |

Is there enough space for the brake calipers to fit 17" rims?
If there is no german certificate for your size things get complicated.
The EvoCorse rims have the load index stamped in. If you can get an information from Toyota which sizes they permit it should be possible to get that all street legal.
My experience is that you can only vary the sizes of newer cars in a very small of some percent.If the tires become bigger or smaller the homologation for the CO and NOx emissions will not be valid any more.
I´ll try to find out which sizes can be legalized in Germany. If you find out something just post it here. |

There are 7x17 Dotz steel rims, legal and fitting J15 Prado.
What size does your Prado mount originally? |

I believe 7x17 isn't wide enough, because even the stock rims for EUDM Prado are 7.5" wide. 17 is the smallest standard size for the 2021 Prado, but I do understand why the OP wants to go with the 16s...and yeah the majority of LC in other countries run much bigger tires and lifts with no problems.

but they all come in 17" size with standard (no 0-offset is available). |

Finnaly I got some rims from Borbet , not the best, but the olny one with certificate.
So, with 265/70/17 totally different story.
Thnx for hepling me ...
Does anyone live near FFM Germany, wanna hang up a little bit with people with similiar hobbies. | |
